The room size was generous, notably larger than other accommodations. A personal jacuzzi within the room proved especially good. Breakfast offered a good selection. The staff demonstrated constant attentiveness. i found the swing in the room to be a unique and fun addition.
the reservation policy regarding refunds was not flexible, as i received no compensation despite early notification of illness, which i think is a little too strict.

the suite was spacious with magnificent bathrooms. the jacuzzi and spa in our suite was therapeutic and relaxing! the staff were accommodating and respectful throughout the stay. i found the heated toilet seats amazing!!!
I did not receive any refund on my reservation, even though i informed the hotel in advance about having a bad flu. There was no credit offered either.

The shower in the room had NICE pre settings, and i LOVED the bathroom overall. The room even included all types of outlet plugs. I could use USB, 220, 110, and even UK outlets without any adapters. I found this to be VERY convenient. The room was equipped with a tablet, and i controlled everything from the lights to the curtains. i will come back!
I was a bit disappointed there was no refund available on my reservation. i let them know in advance that i had a bad flu. i did not even get a credit for a future stay.

The shower and bathroom WERE really good. I loved the pre settings in the shower the hotel provided. The room included all types of outlet plugs so i had USB, 220, 110 and even UK outlets. The hotel is a twelve minute walk from Saint-Lazare train station so i could travel outside of the city.
I experienced no refund on my reservation even though i told them in advance i had a bad flu. I received no credit and they took my money. I advise to beware.

i was battling a bad flu and had to cancel. i did let them know beforehand, but i got no refund or credit.
